The intent of this small writing is to provide very general guidelines to help people become healthier. It is obviously in no way sufficient or comprehensive enough to be used as an exclusive plan for improving or maintaining one’s health. These guidelines should be coupled with one’s own knowledge and the knowledge of that person’s physician to implement said guidelines. Applying The Pillars unwisely without supervision can be harmful and even dangerous. So please consult with your doctor before applying The Pillars or anything within The Pillars.
Since this is not a for profit work, its spreading and dissemination will be dependent on your help in copying it and giving it to other people. Please feel free to do so. I am in the process of also having it translated into other languages, as I am able and within the practical constraints of life. (Spanish version has been completed).
The intent of this blog is to promote health of human beings by applying scientific principles. I am using my previous electronic publication: The Pillars of Health: The Prelude, as a launching pad for discussion and to promote the scientific principles I believe to be accurate at this time. I tried to keep the language I used understandable for the layman but there were areas, which were somewhat technical. I encourage questioning anything I say or claim. I will update the chapters as we go.
